An’ggrath

An’ggrath the Unbound is a Bloodthirster, a winged daemon serving Khorne, and ranks at the upper end of the Conclave Diabolus. Khorne commits him in circumstances where Skarbrand, another Bloodthirster, would not suffice.

In the course of some ten thousand years, An’ggrath has been successfully summoned into realspace, the material universe, on two occasions. After each, Imperial cartographers had to redraw the maps of the affected region. He does not perform garrison duty: he arrives, destroys, and departs. Worlds that oppose him do not hold against him; their resistance delays the outcome rather than preventing it.

His reputation is regarded by the Grey Knights as a warning of imminent danger. Khorne commands many such servants, and An’ggrath is considered one to be summoned only when the intent to unleash him is serious.
