Ephrael Stern

Ephrael Stern is a Seraphim of the Adepta Sororitas who became the Daemonifuge, a sister the Warp could not digest and the Inquisition could not quite classify. She walked out of a convent massacre with something extra in her, and every faction that has tried to own that fact has regretted the paperwork.

She has been hunted by her own church, aided by an Arco-flagellant, and treated as both miracle and heresy depending on which Ordo is writing. The Daemonifuge is not a title she asked for. It is a description that stuck.

The Sisters still need saints. Stern is what they get when the saint arrives already on fire.
