Shalaxi Helbane

Shalaxi Helbane, Monarch of the Hunt, is the Keeper of Secrets Slaanesh built to beat other Greater Daemons at their own sports. Rumour puts Skarbrand on the loss column. Myths send Helbane into Nurgle's garden after the Prince of Corpseblooms. Grey Knights banished the hunter six centuries before the Rift; Slaanesh locked it in the Palace of Punishments until the lesson stuck.

Freed, Helbane stole the fifth Cronesword from Belial IV, tracked Yvraine through the Webway, and on Iathglas held off the Yncarne, the Visarch, Jain Zar, Lelith, and a Solitaire at once. The body they killed was a glamour. The gloat was that Slaanesh thinks the Ynnari are toys.

The hunt is the point. The kill is scheduled for later, when it will hurt more.
