Slau Dha

Slau Dha is an eldar member of the Cabal, an alliance of alien powers active during the Horus Heresy. The Cabal is described in surviving accounts as a coalition drawing together several non-human intelligences, working in concert toward goals that remained largely opaque to the human factions of the era. Slau Dha is identified within this body as one of its eldar representatives.

Accounts of the Horus Heresy record Slau Dha as a principal point of contact between the Cabal and the Alpha Legion, communicating directly with the Legion’s primarchs, Alpharius and Omegon. Through this channel, the Cabal is said to have sought the Alpha Legion’s cooperation in a scheme intended to forestall a catastrophe the alliance believed the galaxy was moving toward, framing its overtures in terms of necessity rather than open alliance.
