Battle for the Inevitable Conqueror

The Battle for the Inevitable Conqueror was fought aboard the Inevitable Conqueror, a Necron tomb ship and the flagship of Imotekh the Stormlord. The ship is not a world. It was travelling toward Davatas, and the fighting took place on the ship, not on Davatas or on any planet. Helbrecht came in the Black Templars battle barge Sigismund. Boarding torpedoes carried his force onto the tomb ship. He fought Imotekh and prevailed. Imotekh teleported to a nearby escort and escaped. Helbrecht then destroyed the Inevitable Conqueror from within. The narrative of his career places this boarding after his defeat on Schrödinger VII, which one account dates to 930.M41 and another to 999.M41. One account dates the boarding itself to 985.M41, and the Armageddon Crusade chronology dates it to 999.M41.
