Boarding of the Night Terror

The Boarding of the Night Terror was a Blood Angels action during the Arks of Omen campaign, at an unspecified point in the early 42nd millennium. Commander Dante led the force sent to intercept an Ark of Omen aimed at the agri-worlds of the Saganas Belt. The Ark, named the Night Terror, was found drifting amid the wrecks of heretic warships, and Dante’s Blood Angels boarded it. Aboard, they found the dead bodies of heretics, Space Marines and humans, killed by bolt rounds and by a large sword, together with sulphurous residue and the remains of a biomechanical infestation mixed with something resembling wilted plant life. Several days of further search aboard the Night Terror found nothing more, and Dante ordered that samples be taken for analysis.
