Purging of Ynyx
No year is recorded for the purging of Ynyx. Horus ordered the Death Guard to punish the world for its loyalty to the Emperor. Mortarion came to Ynyx with the bulk of the Legion and annihilated all life on the world. Afterwards he was reunited there with Calas Typhon, who had been fighting the Dark Angels. The fleet then set course for Terra, with Mortarion travelling aboard the Terminus Est rather than the Endurance.
