Relief of Sigma-Ulstari
The Relief of Sigma-Ulstari was the defence of the forge world Sigma-Ulstari during the later stages of the Octarius War. The world lies in the Sigma-Ulstari System, in the Octarius Sector of Segmentum Ultima. No narrower year than M42 is recorded. A final attack by Orks and Tyranids nearly took the world, despite the defences under Fabricator-General Einrekh Phlagustok. High Marshal Helbrecht, with a task force of Indomitus Crusade Fleet Primus, reached the world and fought there. He killed the Ork warboss Tuskagrob Wurldkilla. The world was saved and was afterwards stable, but it remained in danger. Helbrecht is not recorded as having fought on Abundantia, where he sent another crusade.
