Scouring of Graiad

The Scouring of Graiad was the depopulation of the world Graiad by Necron sky-legions under Imotekh the Stormlord. The published account consists of a brief notice that Necrons led by the Stormlord scoured the population from orbit, leaving an empty world. No narrower year within the forty-first millennium is recorded, and no segmentum, sector or system is firmly established beyond the catalogue’s placement of Graiad in the Endorian Sub-sector of Segmentum Obscurus. The action is distinct from campaigns on Graia, the forge world known as the Belt of Iron, and from leftover map entries for Graia II. Graiad remains of interest as a named world emptied by Imotekh’s forces from the air, and as a thin but attested pin for the Stormlord’s reach beyond the Eastern Fringe Sautekh core.
