Siege of the Hagia Shrinehold
The Siege of the Hagia Shrinehold was an assault by Infardi cultists and allied Chaos-aligned forces upon the shrine districts of Hagia, defended in part by the Tanith First-and-Only. The attack sought to desecrate or seize the relics and precincts associated with Saint Sabbat during a period of heightened threat to the Sabbat Worlds Crusade. Imperial Guard and Ecclesiarchy forces mounted a defence of the Shrinehold’s sacred ground, an engagement recounted in the novel Sabbat Martyr.
