Amethal

Amethal is an Imperial world in the Diamor System, Segmentum Obscurus; no coordinates are recorded for it. It is marked by dark forests and grassy plains, and earlier attempts to colonise it failed when the colonists killed one another.

In 999.M41 Amethal was the main objective of the Diamor Campaign, and Khârn’s Butcherhorde fought on its surface during the battle there. An excavated structure on the world is known as the Daemon cage.
