Ark Reach Secundus

Ark Reach Secundus was a world brought into the Imperium late in the Great Crusade. Its Avenian name was Heliosa, and Imperial troops nicknamed it Shrike. It served as the cardinal world of the Avenian empire and was the last holdout of the Ark Reach Cluster.

The world had three continents of jagged mountains, and its skies were full of flying creatures, including the shrike-bird, which was used against Imperial troops. No segmentum, system, or coordinates are recorded.

The Battle of Shrike was fought there in 001.M31. After the compliance, Word Bearers carried out exterminatus a year later, and the world is recorded afterwards as a dead world.
