Asphodex

Asphodex was an inhabited world of the Cryptus system in 998.M41, its principal city being Phodia. Its coordinates were not recorded.

General Maelon Dhrost’s defence of the world was overrun by the invading Tyranid force. Commander Dante then led the Blood Angels at Phodia and at Port Helos, where he found Dhrost and the surviving defenders, and took command of the first Imperial counter-attack.

Relay dishes on Phodia were later used to direct the fire of the Magnovitrium.
