Bellerophon’s Fall

Bellerophon’s Fall, also called The Fall, is an industrial moon of the gas giant Crysaor in the Cygnax system. It is known as the site of an engagement between the Mantis Warriors and the Marines Errant during the Badab War.

Mantis Warriors forces ambushed Marines Errant drop-pods on the moon in a string of raids. These attacks killed the Marines Errant Chapter Master and the Third Captain.

Following these losses, the Marines Errant withdrew from the Badab War. The Chapter has not forgiven the Mantis Warriors for the ambushes, and the events at Bellerophon’s Fall remain a source of enmity between the two.
