Bellicas

Bellicas is the former homeworld of the Emperor's Swords Chapter in Ultima Segmentum, a tomb-crust that woke in late M41 and erased the Chapter to the last brother. This pin is that Necron disaster, not a Fire Lords recruiting rock.

The Swords had the misfortune to fortress-monastery on a sleeping tomb. When the Necrons rose they spent years killing every battle-brother. The Fire Lords arrived later and burned the tomb in revenge; later Dark Imperium notes still list Emperor's Swords on paper, which is how lost Chapters haunt orders of battle.

Bellicas still matters as the warning about building a monastery on a tomb world. Unofficial summaries keep the Ultima parent and do not merge this row with Mandragora the Sautekh crownworld.
