Brinaga

Brinaga is a world in the Quinrox Sound, the site of the Blackstone VI fortress that Abaddon’s forces captured during the Gothic War. An Imperial garrison held the fortress until its capture.

Four months after the events at Lukitar, Abaddon’s crews shut down the fortress around its garrison and took it. The capture gave him a second Blackstone, which he directed against Fularis II.

Brinaga is the location of the fortress’s capture, not of the demonstration in which a Blackstone was used to destroy a planet’s atmosphere. Accounts of the fighting appear under the entries for the Crusade and for the fortress rather than under a separate entry for the planet.
