Ceres is Sol's inner-belt dwarf planet, a vox-relay and mining-habitat hub between Mars and Jupiter. Nemesis-era traffic used its stations to talk across the system, and Belter coalitions worked the rocks around it. Snapshot kind stays moon even though the body is a dwarf planet.
