Darkhold

Darkhold is the Chapter planet of the Dark Sons, situated on the Nihilus edge of Segmentum Pacificus. It serves as the base of that Chapter and is recorded as a distinct world within the segmentum.

Darkhold was named among the worlds affected by the Night of a Thousand Rebellions, which occurred at the end of the forty-first millennium (M41). Codex maps currently mark the planet as under siege. Forces of the Iron Hands and the Star Dragons are reported to be approaching, although these reports are not confirmed.

The Dark Sons’ tenure of their Chapter planet is therefore contested at present. Darkhold’s inclusion in the records of the Night of a Thousand Rebellions, together with its present designation as besieged, places it among the worlds whose status remains unsettled.
