Elsy'eir is a crowded Second Sphere culture sept whose many moons feed battlesuit foundries, including much of the XV104 Riptide line. Poetry and scholarship matter here as much as firepower, and other T'au treat its citizens as creatives rather than line troops. Earth Caste influence sits unusually high on the prime world.
