Elsy’eir

Elsy’eir is a densely populated Second Sphere culture sept of the T’au, whose numerous moons supply battlesuit foundries. Its prime world and their satellites form a single industrial and cultural community.

The foundries on the moons produce a substantial share of the XV104 Riptide battlesuit line. Alongside this manufacturing role, Elsy’eir gives poetry and scholarship a standing comparable to that of firepower.

Other T’au regard the sept’s citizens as creatives rather than line troops. Earth Caste influence is unusually high on the prime world, which reflects the importance of its industrial output.
