Fi’rios

Fi’rios is a fortress sept of the Third Sphere, taken from an Ork warlord at heavy cost. It is designated a fortress sept, a settlement organised chiefly for defence.

The capture of the sept is credited to O’Kais, who achieved the breakthrough after leaving Puretide stasis. Fighting continues on the outlying worlds of the sept, which remain under attack. On the prime world, the defenders have concentrated on fortifying their position.

The pioneers of Fi’rios are noted for their refusal to accept defeat and for their acceptance of the casualties that the Greater Good requires of them.
