Hydraphur

Hydraphur is the fleet capital of Segmentum Pacificus: shipyards in orbit, a star fort overhead, and a surface split between Navy, Ecclesiarchy and Mechanicus. It surrendered to Bucharis once and has been doing penance ever since. Battlefleet Pacificus still sails from those rings. The Black Legion has tested the system more than once since the Rift.
