Idharae

Idharae is a ruined Aeldari craftworld, a world-ship reduced to a hulk by the Invaders Space Marine Chapter. A craftworld is a vast vessel that serves as the home of an Aeldari community, and Idharae no longer functions as one.

In 812.M41 Idharae joined Malan’tai and Iyanden in defeating Hive Fleet Naga, a Tyranid force. Idharae then withdrew from the alliance after Iyanden disregarded a warning from Farseer Taolis Eversong that Naga was only a scout of a larger threat. Forty years later the Invaders Chapter, supported by the Legion of the Damned, attacked the world-ship and reduced it to a hulk. Alaitoc responded by destroying the Invaders’ homeworld.

Idharae’s history was damaged by the Tyranid invasion, but its loss as a living craftworld resulted from the Space Marine assault. The destruction of the Invaders’ homeworld by Alaitoc remains the recorded consequence of that assault.
