Jerulas Station

Jerulas Station, formerly Dironth, is a Mechanicum forge in the Belt of Iron, renamed after Rogue Trader Militant Pierant Jerulas. The world received the name as a punishment after it destroyed his fleet. This catalogue records the site as a station within the Jerulas system, although the source material describes a forge that has lost its former grade rather than a void habitat.

Dironth operated as a militarised realm of its own, employed biological warfare against Kakandila, and may also have fielded constructs regarded as abominations. The Imperial crusade that defeated it stripped the world of its grade and left the Imperial Army and the Legio Ignatum as its wardens. On this chart the parent grouping is the Black Templars hive crusade, but the recorded aliases require that the Dironth identity be retained.

Jerulas Station remains notable as the forge that was punished as Dironth. This catalogue keeps the Jerulas system as its parent and retains its classification as a station. It does not merge the entry with the hive world of Jerulas, which is a separate location.
