Kulth

Kulth is the capital of the Periphery and a world contested for eighty years by the Imperium, Orks led by Ghenghiz Grimtoof, and the Severan Dominate. It is classed as a war world, a planet whose circumstances are defined by prolonged armed conflict.

Three belligerents have fought over the same ground throughout the war. The relief force under Hax was limited in size, and its effect was confined to stabilising the capital rather than resolving the wider conflict.

Kulth is recorded on the Spinward Front and should not be confused with the Great Crusade marshal of the same name. Its standing rests on its status as the Periphery’s capital and on the length of a war in which the Imperium, the Orks and the Severan Dominate remain engaged.
