This Lethe is a Gothic Sector industrial world in the Coronid neighbourhood of Port Maw, not Eisenhorn's Lethe Eleven. White Consuls under Captain Palatine reconquered it during the Gothic War after Chaos occupation. The same world supplied Ash Scorpion Solar Auxilia in the Crusade, saw Death Eagles Blackshields fight Emperor's Children in the Manachean War, and later hosted the cursed Flame Falcons until Grey Knights drove them off.
