Lethe

Lethe is an industrial world of the Gothic Sector, situated in the Coronid neighbourhood of Port Maw. It is a separate location from the Lethe Eleven of Eisenhorn’s account.

During the Crusade, Lethe supplied Ash Scorpion Solar Auxilia. In the Manachean War, Death Eagles Blackshields fought the Emperor’s Children on the world. In the Gothic War, Chaos forces occupied Lethe, and White Consuls under Captain Palatine subsequently reconquered it.

The world later hosted the Flame Falcons, who were regarded as cursed, until Grey Knights drove them off. Lethe’s record therefore spans the Crusade, the Manachean War, the Gothic War and the Flame Falcons’ later presence, and it remains a documented site of Imperial military activity within the Port Maw region.
