Lorn System

The Lorn System is a location in Ultima containing Lorn V, a frozen former Exodite world on which the Imperator Titan Dominatus crashed. Unofficial summaries describe the system as an Ultima gravity well and retain Ultima as its parent region.

The crash of the Dominatus left Lorn V a contested site with five parties. In the Dawn of War expansion Winter Assault, the Cadian 412th, Ulthwe forces under Taldeer, Gorgutz, the World Eaters and the Necrons all operate on the planet’s ice. Of the features of Lorn V, the Titan and the Arcadian Gate carry more weight than any surviving city.

The system is chiefly identified as the location of the Dominatus wreck. Its standing derives from the Dawn of War setting, in which it serves as the ground of a five-sided conflict, rather than from any role as an ordinary agricultural world.
