Lucius

Lucius, known as the Hollow Forge, is a world with an artificial sun at its core, in the Cyclops Cluster of the Gothic Sector, Segmentum Obscurus. It is distinguished from other worlds of the same name, including the Lucius associated with the Sabbat Worlds.

The world produces warplate (armour plating) made from Luciun alloy, and it is associated with the Legio Astorum, known as the Warp Runners. Hive Fleet Leviathan attempted to starve Lucius of resources but was defeated by recycled robots.

Lucius is recognised chiefly for three attributes: its artificial sun, its Luciun-alloy warplate and its link to the Legio Astorum. Its defeat of Hive Fleet Leviathan by starvation-resistant means forms part of its standing as a fortified industrial world in the Gothic Sector.
