Macragge’s Honour

Macragge’s Honour is a Battle Barge of the Ultramarines Chapter, one of the largest warships in the Adeptus Astartes fleet and flagship of Roboute Guilliman. Berthed in orbit above Macragge, the fortress-world capital of Ultramar, the vessel serves as both battle station and seat of command for the primarch when he is present with the fleet, its hangars, chapels and armouries sized to match its role as the flagship of an entire Chapter’s war effort.

The ship rose to galaxy-wide prominence during the Fall of Cadia and the opening of the Great Rift in 999.M41, when it carried the resurrected Guilliman — restored to life through the ministrations of Archmagos Cawl — from Ultramar into the wider war against Chaos. Macragge’s Honour subsequently served as flagship of the Indomitus Crusade, the vast relief effort Guilliman launched to reinforce Imperial holdings scattered by the Cicatrix Maledictum, carrying him and his Primaris reinforcements to besieged worlds across a fracturing galaxy.

Within the Ultramarines’ command structure, Macragge’s Honour operates alongside Chapter Master Marneus Calgar’s own fleet assets and remains closely associated with Guilliman’s household and Cawl’s Primaris programme. As Guilliman’s flagship in the present era, the vessel anchors the timeline of the Indomitus Crusade and the Ultima Founding to Macragge itself, standing as the clearest link between the primarch’s return and the world he governs as Lord Commander of the Imperium.
