Mandragora Sector

The Mandragora Sector is a Segmentum Tempestus sector on the Ixaniad border that contains Hecuba and Shaehol, a forge that passed to the Dark Mechanicum. It is distinct from Mandragora, the Sautekh crownworld.

Dark Heresy places the sector beside Ixaniad. Hecuba lies within the neighbourhood of the Aegisine Crusade. Imperial Armour describes Hecuba as the capital of a sub-sector and Shaehol as a fallen forge. The Mandragora Sub-sector, a child of the sector, contains Dread Mandragora, Hecuba and Shaehol.

The sector remains a separate Segmentum Tempestus entry and should not be confused with Imotekh’s tomb world in the Eastern Fringe. Unofficial summaries retain the Tempestus parentage. They treat the planet Mandragora in the Zorya Sub-sector as a separate location.
