Piscina II

Piscina II is a world of the Piscina System in Segmentum Obscurus, sharing that system with the more widely recorded Piscina IV. Its position within the system has not been recorded.

The Fallen maintained a base on Piscina II, from which Cypher and a number of his companions operated alongside another band of Chaos Space Marines. Together the two groups drew Interrogator-Chaplain Boreas and the garrison of Piscina IV away from the keep on that world, clearing the way for the keep to be entered. The object of the scheme was the gene-seed held within the keep’s Apothecarion vault; the course of events inside the keep itself belongs to the record of Piscina IV rather than to Piscina II.

Once the keep had been entered, Cypher and two or three of the Fallen who had accompanied him made for the city docks on Piscina IV, after which they passed out of record. Piscina II’s part in the affair ended with its use as a staging base; no date is recorded for these events, and no further activity on Piscina II itself is attested.
