Reth

Reth is a Tephaine location of warm shallows and island chains, now the site of the Asylum of Saint Vero. It forms part of the Tephaine and is characterised by its mild waters and scattered islands.

Reth formerly sold rest-cures, drawing visitors to its sheltered coasts. The de Cauls later arrived and introduced a harsher Creed. The Sisters now administer the Asylum of Saint Vero.

Rumour holds that many of the asylum’s inmates are psykers, individuals with psychic abilities. The Inquisition maintains a warded bunker beneath the wards. The rumour about the inmates remains unconfirmed, and it is the only stated reason for the Inquisition’s attention to the site.
