Sabien

Sabien is a memorial world in the Phaedra System, administered by the Blood Angels, with a tithe grade of Aptus Non. Its segmentum is unrecorded, and no coordinates are recorded.

It was the centre of the Phaedra Campaign and was awarded to the Blood Angels because of the Chapter’s losses in its defence; it remains mostly dead and ruined.

In the 900s.M41, also described as late M41, it was the seat of the fighting in the Arkio Insurrection. Chief Librarian Mephiston came there aboard the battle barge Europae, and Sergeant Rafen killed Arkio on Sabien; Mephiston is not recorded on the forge world Shenlong.
