Savlar Penitens

Savlar, charted here as Savlar Penitens, is a toxic penal sink a short Warp-jump from Armageddon, valued for chemical deposits on volcanic moons and for the people the Imperium is willing to spend. After the world missed its tithe in M39 the Arbites filled the mines with convicts, then learned those same inmates would fight if you promised loot and threatened to send them home. Chem-Dogs still go to war in rebreathers because withdrawal is worse than the enemy.
