Scintilla Prime is a zero-confidence Ultima leftover pin, not Scintilla the Calixis capital whose researched system already holds the twin hives, walking city, gun-foundry town and Tricorn. This existing row is the extra Prime some maps drop in the wrong segmentum.

The real Scintilla runs sector money, heresy, and Redemptionists; nobles hunt the lower-born for sport; moons Lachesis and Sothus share that well. One Black Crusade map already put the capital too far north and was ignored. This Prime pin is another stray cube, not a second hive-spire.

Scintilla Prime still matters as a leftover name, not a Calixis throne. Unofficial summaries keep Ultima Segmentum, refuse to steal Eisenhorn's capital dossier, and do not re-parent this row into scintilla-system.
