Sinophia is a Periphery frontier that used to be Rogue Trader Teresa Sinos's personal fief and an Angevin staging world. The hives are emptying, the tithe is under special measures, and smugglers use the Calixis–Scarus conduit more honestly than the Quorum does. Hive Argopolis is already a ruin; this is decay, not a pleasure world.
