Skrynne

Skrynne is a Calixis jungle death world on the Spinward Front, the Periphery colony that could not be settled until Storm Wardens spent a decade killing its Orks. This map keeps the Calixis parent rather than inventing a Jericho Reach watch-station.

Early colonial attempts packed for either a death world or an Ork war, never both, and died. The Fourth Company of the Storm Wardens finally made the place usable; every chapel still hangs their badges. The greenskins keep coming back, Skrynne-guard and later Guard regiments hold river valleys, and the jungle never quite becomes a farm.

Skrynne still matters as an Only War address, not a Deathwatch moon. Unofficial summaries keep Calixis Sector, do not mash the pin with Skapula in the Jericho Reach, and do not pretend the Storm Wardens still garrison every trail.
