Thrax System

The Thrax System is a location in the Calixis Periphery, claimed by the Severan Dominate and named as a map in Only War. It is not a recruiting ground of wide renown. It is distinct from the Forge World Thrax, which daemons overran in 762.M41, and from Thracian Primaris.

Pending a fuller campaign, the system serves as a frontier address on the Calixis rim. The manufactorum war involving Calgar and the Exterminatus narrative belong to the Forge World Thrax and are not attributed to this system.

The Thrax System is chiefly of interest as an instance of one name designating two separate worlds. Unofficial fan summaries therefore retain its Calixis parent region and do not assign it the history of the forge world.
