Tranquility I

Tranquility I is the first numbered world of the Tranquility System in the Endymion Cluster and is the least documented of the system’s worlds. The system is described as a recruiting source for the Mantis Warriors, and Tranquility I is not the death world of the Valley of the Nine Winds. This map lists it under tranquility-system, alongside the better-researched Tranquility III.

Tranquility II is a feudal desert world that suffered the attentions of Dark Eldar and Ork pirates. Tranquility III is a jungle fief that the Carcharodons harvested during the Tranquility Campaign of the Badab War. Tranquility I shares the same chart and the weather of the Maelstrom, but no campaign of its own has been published. This overlay therefore supplies no convent and no T’au sept to fill the gap.

Tranquility I retains its standing as the first numbered world in the system. Unofficial summaries keep the Ultima system parent. They do not attribute to it the training-ground dossier that belongs to Tranquility III, and they do not merge this entry with the separate, un-numbered Tranquility location pin.
