Triton

Triton is a moon of Neptune that was mined for corvinium and later infested by a Genestealer cult beneath its ice.

The moon was worked for corvinium, and this extraction was its principal function before the infestation. A Genestealer cult subsequently established itself under the ice. The Dread Host of the Adeptus Custodes later killed the cult’s Patriarch, its leading figure, and burned out the infestation.

The reference site Lexicanum does not give Triton a separate article. It treats the moon within its entry on Neptune, and Triton’s standing in the wider record therefore rests on its mining history and on the Custodes’ removal of the cult.
