Tyran

Tyran was a quiet Eastern Fringe ocean world with a small Mechanicus explorator base until 745.M41, when a hive fleet ate its seas, its biomass, and its name. Inquisitor Kryptman found the dead rock afterwards. The Imperium has called that xenos Tyranids ever since.
