Varsavia System

The Varsavia System is the present home of the Silver Skulls Chapter, on the Ultima–Obscurus border near the Gildar Rift. Its principal world is cold and feral, inhabited by tribes of headhunters.

The Chapter recruits the finest of these tribal warriors and takes them to Argent Mons, in the northern ice. The Silver Skulls bury their dead on the moon Pax Argentus and silver the skulls of enemies they judge worthy. Lyria served as the Chapter’s earlier home until an Exterminatus, a sanction of total planetary destruction, was carried out there in the 33rd millennium. The First and Second Moons are charted within the same system.

The Varsavia System remains the Silver Skulls’ ice fief. The entry refers to Varsavia alone: it is distinct from Lyria and is not a second Gildar system. Unofficial fan summaries place the system under its Ultima parent and do not file the Chapter under its destroyed first world.
