Nuadhu Fireheart

Nuadhu Fireheart was a Windrider of Craftworld Saim-Hann, recorded as the warrior who slew the Slaaneshi prince Lilesh Snarelust in 492.M39. He belonged to the Wild Host, the Aeldari craftworld whose clans ride to war on jetbikes and Vyper skimmers under a feudal hierarchy and who keep a looser form of the Path of the Eldar than most of their kin. He is remembered by name and by epithet, but no wider account of his clan, rank or origins is firmly established.

His single recorded deed belongs to a five-year campaign, from 487 to 492.M39, in which the Windrider clans of Saim-Hann pursued Lilesh Snarelust near the Moon of Nightmares. The pursuit ended when Nuadhu killed the prince with the Celestial Lance. Accounts do not agree on the weapon’s nature or on how Nuadhu came to wield it, and nothing is recorded of his companions in the hunt, his kin, or any service before or after it. Whether he survived the campaign is likewise not stated.

Nuadhu’s standing rests on the fact that a Saim-Hann rider ended the career of a Slaaneshi prince that several clans had hunted for five years, which is consistent with the craftworld’s reputation for swift, courageous raiding. His present fate is unknown. On Orrery he is best read with Saim-Hann, his home craftworld, and the wider Aeldari and Slaanesh entries; his deed is anchored to the Moon of Nightmares in 492.M39, roughly four centuries before later Saim-Hann figures such as Exarch Triadhu Firesong and Autarch Eliac Zephyrblade appear in the record of M41.
