Assault on Sephlagm
The Assault on Sephlagm was the killing of the daemonically possessed governor of Sephlagm, an irradiated hive world that is now a dead world. No segmentum and no star system are recorded for it. Its atmosphere could kill anyone not travelling in a vehicle. The Ravenwing had hunted the governor and summoned the Deathwing to deliver the killing blow in the gubernatorial palace. Azrael, Grand Master of the Deathwing from 917.M41, led the assault, and the governor died at his hands. No year is recorded for the assault beyond its following that appointment. The Dark Angels then evacuated, and the world was destroyed by Exterminatus.
