Battle of Melchitt Sound

The Battle of Melchitt Sound was an early Crimson Fists naval action in M41 in which Sergeant Pedro Kantor led a boarding party that disabled Da Growla, an Ork Kill Kroozer. No world, system, or year is recorded. With the Kill Kroozer disabled, the Crimson Fists strike cruiser The Crusader was able to scatter the Ork fleet. The engagement is the earliest recorded action attributed to Kantor in the Chapter’s chronicles, before his rise through the ranks to Captain of the 4th Company and, in 900.M41, to Chapter Master.
