Binding of Cherubael by Quixos
Quixos bound Cherubael on Clanar II after the world had spent generations worshipping the daemon as a god. The radical turned a planetary cult into a daemonhost pipeline and later added Prophaniti to the same toolbox. Cherubael left Clanar II as Quixos’s weapon, not as anyone’s deity. The binding is the origin of every later cage Eisenhorn inherited.
