Boarding of the Seethnar

The Boarding of the Seethnar was the White Scars assault, led in person by Great Khan Jubal Khan, on the Seethnar, a void station that Huron Blackheart’s Red Corsairs had seized as the main dockyard for their fleets in the Yasan Sector after the War for Chogoris. Jubal and his honour guard reached the heart of the station and set melta charges that wrecked its plasma reactors, but collapsing corridors trapped the boarding party. While the Chapter could not at first ascertain Jubal’s fate, he had been captured by the Red Corsairs and tortured. The White Scars later rediscovered and rescued him; his body was broken beyond the Imperium’s power to heal, and he was taken to Quan Zhou on Chogoris and placed in a life-support cradle, from which he has continued to command the Chapter. No exact date for the boarding is recorded.
