Defence of Aurent
The Defence of Aurent was fought in 992.M41 on the hive world that is the sixth planet of the Agripinaa System, in the Agripinaa Sector of Segmentum Obscurus and a way-station for the Imperial Navy, when Eldar of Craftworld Ulthwé attacked Cadian holdings there. Creed, by then Lord General, used contingency plans, sealed time-delayed orders, and psychic obfuscation from a coven of Primaris Psykers, and the Cadians won at the gates of Hive Primus. This was his first victory as Lord General.
