Detour to Barathred
In 921.M41, Marneus Calgar and his bodyguard were ambushed by Night Lords while travelling to the Darkhold battlezone. The Chapter Master’s crippled flagship made planetfall on the feudal world of Barathred, spelled Barthred in one account. Calgar rallied the sparse feudal population into a militia and repelled several hundred Chaos Space Marines who had pursued him to the surface. No further outcome is recorded.
