Escape from Malodrax
The Escape from Malodrax took place when Captain Darnath Lysander and survivors of the Shield of Valour, who had been taken to the Iron Warriors fortress world after a warp storm, fought their way out without weapons or armour. Lexicanum dates his escape to 964.M41. When he returned to the Imperial Fists a millennium had passed in the material universe. For six months he was screened by apothecaries, chaplains, and librarians; finding no taint, the Chapter reinstated him as Captain of the 1st Company. Accounts of his captor differ: Sentinels of Terra names Warsmith Shon’tu, while the novel Malodrax names Warsmith Kraegon Thul.
