Invasion of the Zar-Quaesitor

The Invasion of the Zar-Quaesitor was Fabius Bile’s boarding assault on the Zar-Quaesitor, flagship of Archmagos Dominus Belisarius Cawl and a mobile laboratory for the production of Primaris Space Marines. Bile’s vessel Vesalius disabled the ark with a cyber-attack and then committed waves of Terata, mutants, and other creations in a boarding action. Cawl believed Bile sought the Sangprimus Portum; Bile’s true target was Alpha Primus, the original Primaris Space Marine. Overpowering that warrior, Bile stole his progenoid glands and withdrew. The raid gave him genetic material from the Primaris line even as he continued to judge that line inferior to his own New Men and to seek further improvement upon it.
